Accounts Payable Clerk Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a collaborative, supportive group. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Perform 3-way match and ensure proper coding of invoices Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Reconcile AP statements and support month-end close Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely payments Utilize SAP daily for invoice entry, vendor management, and reporting Assist with additional accounting duties as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of accounts payable experience (distribution or manufacturing preferred) SAP experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting systems Why Join This Team?
