Account Relations Specialist

Austin - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
• Clearly understand client priorities, goals, and timelines to provide proactive recommendations and support.
• Educate and train clients during initial onboarding and all subsequent re-setup cycles.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Document client interactions in CRM tools.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities, including multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools and account tracking.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
