Inclusion & Enablement Specialist

We have an opportunity for an Inclusion & Enablement Specialist to join our Inclusion + Community team in the US, reporting to the Head of Inclusion & Community. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide Inclusion & Community initiatives that foster belonging and cultural awareness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, you will have a lead role in driving the development and execution of innovative inclusion strategies and leverage your expertise to deliver impactful initiatives working cross-functionally with a collaborative team.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

ERG Strategy & Program Management



  • Own the strategy and growth of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to deliver scalable programming that advances inclusion and belonging
  • Evolve and maintain the ERG governance framework and ensure consistent alignment, accountability, and execution of ERG processes
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with ERG executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure leadership engagement, support and advocacy. Identify teaming opportunities to bolster ERG impact.
  • Support ERG leaders, including onboarding, leadership support, and resource allocation
  • Analyze data to track and report on ERG impact and metrics utilizing various storytelling approaches


Global Inclusion Education



  • Co-lead the global inclusion educational experiences that promote cultural awareness and the adoption of inclusive practices, teaming cross-functionally across business and the People & Places organization
  • Partner cross-functionally to integrate inclusive learning content and practices across our talent life-cycle
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback and engagement metrics to assess impact, use insights to improve the learner experience


Communications & Change Management



  • Develop and manage Inclusion & Community communications collateral ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and activations
  • Co-create external media content, including blog stories that showcase inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain and update the Inclusion & Community website, ensuring accurate and engaging content for internal and external audiences
  • Develop and implement project and communication plans to various stakeholders that create awareness and action of our Inclusion & Community efforts


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 7+ years of progressive experience in driving inclusion and culture initiatives
  • Deep understanding of inclusion principles, evolving industry trends, global practices, U.S. employment law, and compliance requirements
  • A global approach to work with an understanding of cultural nuances and norms
  • Demonstrated experience managing and governing Employee Resource Groups, including providing strategic guidance, operational support, and coaching
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to lead engaging, inclusive learning sessions for diverse audiences across multiple time zones
  • Ability to create and sustain strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and implement change
  • Proven ability to analyze data, contribute to internal/external reporting, and leverage insights to assess impact and optimize programs
  • BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field
