ESG Specialist

We have an opportunity for an ESG Specialist to join our Inclusion and Community team reporting to the Head of Inclusion & Community. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in advancing our ESG initiatives. Collaborating closely with People & Places, Procurement, Legal, and other Functions, you will [have a lead role in driving the development and execution of innovative ESG strategies and leverage your expertise to deliver impactful global giving initiatives working cross-functionally with a collaborative team.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Support the development of ESG strategies, set goals, and monitor progress aligned with industry trends and best practices
  • Interpret evolving ESG regulations, standards, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance
  • Apply key ESG frameworks (e.g., climate disclosure) to guide reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Lead ESG audits and external validation processes to ensure transparency and credibility
  • Analyze ESG data to extract insights and translate findings into actionable strategies and compelling narratives
  • Conduct climate risk assessments and work cross-functionally to implement emission reduction strategies
  • Lead global Giving campaigns and programming across Americas, EMEA, APJ, and India regions
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Site Leads, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Travel, and Legal to integrate ESG into operations
  • Manage multiple priorities and complex projects with increasing scope across global functions



Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 3+ years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility
  • Knowledge of evolving ESG regulations, standards, frameworks and reporting requirements in the U.S. and internationally
  • Experience overseeing corporate philanthropic projects and events and developing and scaling global employee volunteer events
  • Proven ability to analyze data, communicate across diverse audiences, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or related field
