Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. 8AM-4PM or 9 AM-5 PM.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Master's Degree Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other human services field from an accredited university is required.
  • License Certification is preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW and must meet Clinical Director Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of behavioral health experience required.
  • 2 years supervisory experience required.

Position Details


The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and support to clinical staff across designated programs to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and integrity. This role includes direct supervision, consultation, monitoring of program operations, and support in maintaining quality assurance and adherence to agency and regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Completes and supports staff in the completion of necessary clinical assessments.



  • Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, including but not limited to:




    • Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs.



    • Monitoring and reviewing program processes.



    • Reviewing and following up on incident reports.



    • Documenting all monitoring and supervision activities, and providing ongoing review with the Director.





  • Provides clinical support and supervision to Behavior Consultants (BCs), Mobile Therapists (MTs), and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).



  • Assists programs with preparation for routine internal and external audits.



  • Serves as backup to the Director when program supervisory staff are absent or positions are vacant.



  • Assists with the review and completion of designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals.



  • Conducts assigned trainings and follow-up sessions with staff.



  • Monitors and evaluates the clinical integrity of documentation and service delivery.



  • Performs other duties as assigned
