Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Quality Control Specialist to support a critical quality control project. This role involves data validation, customer outreach, and accurate information entry to ensure the integrity of our records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct customer outreach via phone or email to validate and update information.
  • Accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in our systems.
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and work to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity throughout the project.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries related to the project.


Qualifications:



  • Bilingual English/ Spanish
  • Previous data entry, quality control, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
