Hornblower is seeking a Site Manager for our Seaward Services operation in Norfolk VA. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower's RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: This role is at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, upon reward of contract. The Site Manager serves as the on-site lead responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of testing, maintenance, and operational support activities for small watercraft. This role ensures that all assigned personnel, equipment, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
