Responsibilities Peraton is looking to hire a TS/SCI cleared Director of Operations to lead the operations workforce sustaining 24/7 C5ISR operations and maintenance across all operational domains in direct support of USSOCOM's mission. This role will be located on-site in Tampa, FL. This role ensures enterprise resilience and modernization across SOCOM's integrated transport architecture, driving business functions, improving departmental processes, and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and performance analysis to sustain and advance global mission readiness. What you'll do:
Enterprise Operations Oversight: Direct management of a 24/7 operations with multitier engineering teams spanning Satellite, Systems, Network, and Cybersecurity disciplines.

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
