As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will interact with visitors and staff, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service. This role requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Carry out screening procedures for personnel, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific policies and protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals at entry and exit points and addressing questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or breaches according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and orderly environment within the logistics and distribution location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific procedures and instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
