Responsibilities Paralegal who provides support for the hospital operations counsel and related contract drafting, review and management functions of the Legal Department. Qualifications Required qualifications: 1. High school diploma. 2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks. 3. Familiarity with and experience drafting, reviewing and managing contracts. 4. Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Office/Word). 5. Work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Familiarity with contract software tools, provisions, terms, and language. Preferred qualifications: 1. Some college preferred. 2. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.25 to $44.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
