Job Description

We are currently hiring a Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions Co-op in the Boston Seaport Office. This is a 6-month co-op, running from January 2026 - June 2026.

The Marketing Analytics and Data Solutions team helps to inform brand strategy by evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness, as well as develop and maintain reporting capabilities.

What you'll Brew

The co-op will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of ways, including:



  • Assist in data analysis tasks for our Brands, such as creating charts and graphs and writing key takeaways under supervision
  • Access and analyze data directly in Ad Platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Assist in the cleaning of data (Excel, SQL or Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work on special projects assigned by the manager (e.g. campaign wrap up reports, report redesigns)


Work closely with our Media Agency and other external vendor partners to coordinate measurement and in-market testing

Minimum Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to juggle an array of tasks


Preferred Qualifications



  • Power BI (or Tableau) experience
  • Intermediate SQL experience - ability to write and optimize queries, build views and troubleshoot data pipeline issues


In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
