You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume clinical roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent with speed and precision. Your contributions will directly enable our organization to meet aggressive hiring targets, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System. You'll build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, becoming a trusted partner in our shared mission to enhance healthcare delivery. **Here's how you'll make a difference:** * **Lead High-Volume Clinical Recruitment:** Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy tailored for aggressive hiring targets across diverse clinical roles. This includes managing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, and expertly navigating the offer negotiation process to secure high-quality hires within condensed timeframes. **What You'll Bring:** * 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline, or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.17 to $43.52 an hour.
