Our Team The Gen AI Experience Engineering team is pioneering AI integration across Adobe Experience Cloud, operating with a startup mentality and a focus on rapid, iterative delivery of scalable solutions that empower both our customers and internal teams. The Opportunity Are you passionate about enabling world-class AI-powered experiences through robust infrastructure and automation? We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain the shared app infrastructure supporting our AI Assistant and related services across Adobe Experience Cloud. This role requires deep technical expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud-native systems, and MLOps engineering, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. The position spans custom tool development, deployment, performance validation, and monitoring-ensuring highly reliable and secure infrastructure to support Adobe's rapidly evolving AI initiatives. Impact You'll Make You'll be instrumental in designing and operating the backbone that powers our AI Assistant and shared applications. Your work will ensure reliability, scalability, and security for these critical services-enabling rapid experimentation, seamless model deployment, and the continuous delivery of new AI-powered features at scale. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
