Job Objective: The position will assist with the operation of The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center by performing the essential function assigned to the position. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience if retail sales preferred as well as working with people from diverse backgrounds Certifications/Licenses: None Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include, speaking, hearing and vision; excellent manual dexterity; lifting, pulling and pushing of materials up to 40 pounds; bending, squatting and walking; standing up to 8 hours per day. Travel: None Driving: Yes. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical retail store environment.
