Position Summary:
The primary function of the Marketing Manager will support TSW sales and marketing efforts by developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance company brand awareness. This role involves a mix of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership (with a hands on approach) to effectively promote products across various channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the wholesale and retail market, sales, and customer needs across the USA .
- Develop retail merchandising programs for TSW customers, including inventory planning, store layout, signage, and promotions.
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans that align with TSW overall business objectives and target audience needs.
- Support planning of local events, trade shows, advertising, and promotions, ensuring there is a cohesive strategy and brand representation.
- Campaign Management and Execution: Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across (SEO, social media, email) and traditional media platforms.
- Developing, allocating, and managing the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Identify needs and coordinate development of sales tools: presentations, product catalogs, promotion materials, etc.
- Brand Management: Overseeing branding and messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels for company brands.
- Manage and grow national and vendor co-op marketing programs.
- Provide analysis and reporting on effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Report on competitive regional activity with respect to sales, programs, promotions, and advertising
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree emphasis in Marketing or Business
- Minimum of 5 years retail merchandising experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Knowledge of building materials and experience in the construction industry is preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
- Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
