Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decisions for KeyBank's digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on .com performance, campaign optimization, and advanced analytics. This position requires expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve user experience and marketing ROI. The role also includes enabling campaign execution through creation of Enterprise Customer IDs (ECIDs), audience segmentation, and integration of data pipelines to support personalized marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Tagging

  • Implement and validate tracking tags using Adobe Launch.
  • Ensure accurate data capture across .com properties and campaign landing pages.

2. Campaign Enablement & Management

  • Support creation and management of ECIDs for audience identification and targeting.
  • Enable and optimize campaigns through Adobe Experience Platform and related tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure proper audience segmentation and activation.

3. Performance Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

4. Insight Generation

  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for optimization and personalization.

5. Testing & Optimization

  • Execute A/B tests and monitor results for conversion rate improvements.
  • Support CRO initiatives through detailed funnel analysis and behavioral insights.

6. Data Governance

  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for data integration and troubleshooting.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to inform design and content decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or web analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and campaign enablement workflows.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, and CRO strategies.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Launch for tag management.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and journey mapping.

Success Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Impact of insights on campaign performance and .com optimization.
  • Contribution to A/B testing and personalization initiatives.
  • Collaboration effectiveness with cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
