Job Description

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Storeroom Clerk Full-Time in Breinigsville, PA.

We're looking for someone who can assist with the training of new clerks and temporary coworkers on proper inventory and receiving processes and procedures. Provides care and preservation of items received, stored, shipped, methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock, and related problems. Ensures layout of Storeroom and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored in main Storeroom and designated satellite storage areas. Skilled at studying records and recommending remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock. Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures and determine adequacy of stock levels. Keep AMMS updated and close POs. Ensures special and periodic inventories. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. What You'll Brew:

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining the inventory/purchasing system to support the manufacturing/facility needs. Will execute and support maintenance on assigned shifts to achieved the desired results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale amongst the maintenance team. Responsible for accurate and efficient staging, cycle counting, changing stock classes and adding new parts to inventory. Assists Buyers with purchase order requests from buyers. Assist in implementation of capital and plant productivity projects by updating or adding parts descriptions. Utilize visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization, creates labels, mark shelves, and storage locations for easy accessibility and ordering of materials

What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:



  • 1+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Mechanical/ Electrical parts and tools
  • Blueprint, equipment manual or parts diagram reading knowledge
  • Ability to work off shift with a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekend
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to learn and successfully utilize company business systems/programs
  • High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent, college experience preferred


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong Technical knowledge of the beverage industry and equipment a plus
  • 1+ years of inventory management experience a plus
  • Previous experience with CMMS systems a plus

Level: 9IC

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $16.83 - 35.87/hr. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
