About this role

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00/hr. to $28.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

Join our team as an Assembler and help build high-quality modular systems that power industry-leading solutions. You'll work from blueprints, install mechanical components, and ensure every project meets exacting standards. What You'll Do:



  • Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Collaborate with the assembly team and contractors to efficiently complete modular skids and assist with piping system installations.
  • Install air compressors and related equipment within modular units.
  • Assemble and install condensate tubing systems and associated components.
  • Mount dampers, ductwork, and compressor accessories according to specifications.
  • Perform structural finishing tasks, including trimming openings, doors, and roofs.
  • Cut and install prefabricated wall and roof panels per design requirements.
  • Finish concrete floors and bases to meet quality standards.
  • Support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional and positive image when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites for offsite assembly and installation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.


What You'll Need:



  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with assembly tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Punctuality and a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits for unsupervised tasks.
  • Commitment to "doing it right the first time" and delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical knowledge combined with clear communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
