Job Description

Job Summary:


The Mercury Systems RF MMICs team is a growing, high-tech organization focused on designing leading edge RF MMIC devices for worldwide markets. The RF MMICs team (formerly Atlanta Micro) has an extensive catalog of high-performance semiconductor products. Mercury Systems is seeking the world's best and brightest, motivated individuals to join a dynamic work culture in our production department.



Qualified candidate will perform a wide variety of assembly operations on various sizes and types of printed circuit boards and modules. Candidates will determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations while also making setups, adjustments and certifications of assembly equipment as required.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide inputs to Production documentation Assembling, modifying, reworking assemblies according to specifications and routers.
  • Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, schematics and blueprint specifications.
  • Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
  • Maintain logs and paperwork and forms accurately consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management



Required Qualifications:



  • Typically requires 3+ years of work experience, preferable in a manufacturing organization.
  • Experience soldering, or complex mechanical assembly.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and work in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience reading detailed assembly drawings.
  • Experience with industry standard ESD practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certified to solder per IPC-J-STD, CLASS III.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive team-oriented behavior.
  • Problem solving skills.

Pay Grade Range
Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position
"* $38,300.00 - $76,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
* $42,900.00 - $85,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
* $45,200.00 - $90,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ"

* the role and related responsibilities;

* education, training, skills and certifications;

* internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles;
