Pay:

$21.80/hr. and up (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Service Technician)



  • Install and assist with the installation of basic mechanical commercial food equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with Hobart Service safety standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and parts usage.
  • Deliver high-quality service that supports customer satisfaction and company goals.
  • Properly care for company assets including service vehicles, tools, and inventory.
  • Follow all safe-driving policies and field service procedures.



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of electrical or mechanical repair experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment in customer environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
