Salary: $80 - 90,000 + Sales Incentive Plan!

Position Summary

As a Senior Hearing Care Professional (Sr. HCP) you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to patients, fulfilling all HCP duties, while leveraging your skills to provide additional support and direction to the region and other HCPs. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in the hearing care industry, responsible for providing guidance on the customer sales journey and services, applying best practices within the clinics, providing hearing health recommendations and supporting the clinic's overall business. Woking closely with the Regional Director, you'll provide training and direction to your peers to maximize quality care and service for our patients.

Your role at AudioNova

In addition to meeting the requirements of the Hearing Care Professional job description, the Senior Hearing Care Professional is also responsible for the following:



  • Provide the highest standards of care by following Pinnacle Audio Care and MEET patient journey
  • Provide coverage designated clinics or service areas based on operational needs
  • Subject matter expert on company practices, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct preliminary interviews of Hearing Care Professional candidates
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training process for Hearing Care Professionals, including the 90 day review
  • Ensure new Hearing Care Professionals receive the necessary training and assessments to stay on track
  • Act as a mentor for new Hearing Care Professionals and provide ongoing training and support
  • Assist with product training and professional training related to fitting & testing
  • Conduct one-on-one peer mentoring and sales coaching sessions, when not required to act as a floater for offices in need.
  • Audit patient charts and provide feedback to the HCP on performance of best practices (Pinnacle AudioCare) as identified by the regional leader
  • Attend coaching calls with regional leader
  • Attend, support and co-facilitate region calls conducted by the regional leader
  • Provide support during acquisitions
  • Oversee and support Hearing Care Professional Trainees, including assisting with training plans, assisting supervisors and ensuring program compliance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Job Responsibilities



  • Responsible for travelling to quarterly meetings with territory trainers to roll out training requirements to the Hearing Care Professionals in the regions (product, MEET sales skills, onboarding audits on clinical skills, documentation requirements, infection control requirements)
  • Responsible for traveling to clinics to conduct chart audits for each Hearing Care Professional in the region (2 audits per Hearing Care Professional a quarter)
  • Responsible for traveling to coach and train Hearing Care Professionals in region on MEET sales process
  • Chart review - report to territory trainers and regional leader when Hearing Care Professionals need additional 1:1 training. Ensure follow-up training is completed and meets all standards via Theta case study exams.
  • Responsible for covering dark clinics and executing support plans to ensure continuous coverage.



Education:



  • The Company employs both Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Dispensers as Senior Hearing Care Professionals. The educational requirements for Senior Hearing Care Professional classifications are those that are required by the state(s) in which the Hearing Care Professional practices.
  • Active and current state-specific license in good standing. License(s) must remain active, current and in good standing throughout tenure with AudioNova.
  • Board certified strongly recommended (ABA or NBC-HIS) and strongly preferred for hearing instrument dispensers and an AuD for Audiologists
  • Additional professional certifications, preferred



Industry/Product Knowledge Required:



  • The ability to fit and recommend the most innovative and appropriate hearing care solutions
  • Understanding state and federal laws with regard to hearing healthcare
  • Extensive functional and technical hearing care solution product knowledge

Work Experience:



  • Minimum 3 years relevant hearing health experience, selling and fitting multi-brand hearing aids
  • Experience with Real Ear Measurements or other verification methods
  • Proven sales and business growth success within a patient-focused environment
