Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Greene, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct regular patrols, respond to situations as needed, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding our core values. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you support a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the facility and its perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to help to deter unauthorized access and/or property loss.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence at the location.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during patrols as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
