As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry to the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, drivers, and employees with access-related inquiries and directions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify any suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, or breaches according to company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support ongoing security-related operations and initiatives at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
