Kinetic provides high-speed broadband Internet, phone service, and Digital TV packages to residential customers as well as products and services for small, medium, and large businesses, and government agencies. www.GoKinetic.com _________________________________________________________ About the Role Planners are responsible for workforce planning of field operations and work closely with the technicians, supervisors, and managers in the local communities Kinetic serves. Planners may handle multiple communities and are often responsible for workforce of around 75 to 100 technicians. What You'll Do: Build close working relationships with field technicians, supervisors and managers to maintain and improve dispatch performance and efficiency Oversee technician routes to ensure optimal use of time and communicate with technicians and local managers to ensure compliance and productivity Review, monitor and adjust field operation technician daily tasks to ensure all commitment times are met Alert and collaborate with field leadership on solutions to meet appointments Work with field managers and Quota Analyst on technician calendars, manage capacity requirements, and work zone management Analyze failed tasks and provide system administration and correct tasks interface errors Assist customers with questions regarding their tasks Contact customers to reschedule appointments or respond to escalations Other duties as assigned Must be able to work any shift including weekends Do You Have? Proficiency in problem solving Good oral and written communication skills Sensitivity to customer service needs Good organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Ability to perform in fast paced environment Ability to work in a team to reach common goals Knowledge of basic grammar rules and business math Good telephone voice and manners Basic PC knowledge and keyboarding skills Positive, outgoing attitude Even Better: Ability to deal with difficult customers Innovative and highly motivated Ability to adapt to process improvements and changes Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including overtime Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years' experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. The compensation range for this position is from $41,700 - $51,400.
