The Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management's primary role will be to coordinate and assist with the execution of the strategy and operational functions for enterprise risk throughout the organization. The analyst will coordinate with risk owners the monitoring, management, remediation, and reporting of enterprise risks. The Analyst will work with the enterprise risk team and business teams identifying risks, creating and managing policies, programs and procedures, and continuously improving the company's Enterprise Risk Management program. This position will be based at Sherwin-Williams' Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. This role will report to the Director of Enterprise Risk and Resilience.



  • Provide support for the further development and implementation of a comprehensive and flexible ERM program that is employed uniformly across the Company.
  • Assist with the execution of strategic, financial, operational and project-related risk identification and assessment activities.
  • Preparation of periodic risk reporting for the ERM team, the Cybersecurity team, risk owners, and executive leadership.
  • Document the on-going risk monitoring activities, including the periodic tracking of risk levels, performed by risk owners and company management.
  • Participate, as appropriate, in efforts to assist management with management of risk. This includes, but is not limited to, performing risk reviews, documenting risks, and periodic monitoring of risk mitigation activities.
  • Assist with miscellaneous risk management-related projects, including the administration of technology used to support the ERM function.


This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Must be eighteen years or older

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business).

Preferred:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:



  • 2+ years of IT/Cybersecurity experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a risk related field
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work closely with all levels of management to facilitate successful discussions
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able and willing to travel to the Company's various sites and offices.
