Responsibilities

As a ITSM IT/Cyber Process Developer and Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:

    Ensure all Inforation Technology and cyber business processes are documented and executed in accordance with policy.
  • Identifies process issues for improvement, creates and implements new Information Technology or cyber processes to mitigate risks.
  • Maps business process using workflow diagrams, capturing decision metrics, and validating requirements.
  • Evaluate current Information Technology workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop new Information Technology processes and optimize existing ones to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Create detailed Information Technology process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and facilitate understanding among team members.
  • Track and assess the performance of implemented processes to ensure they meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that process improvements align with Inforamation Technology business objectives.


Qualifications

      • High School diploma and 7+ years of related work experience
      • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain SAP
      • Minimum of 7 years of IT or cybersecurity experience in roles such as System Administrator, Network Administrator, Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or other related roles.
      • A DoD Directive 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical or Manager Level I certification would be a plus.
      • ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean management or similar would be a plus


Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
