* Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and segmentation opportunities to guide marketing, brand, and enrollment strategies
* Partner with marketing, brand, and communications teams to inform positioning and campaign strategy through compelling storytelling and data visualization
* Manage full research lifecycle-from intake and ideation through implementation, analysis, and reporting-while collaborating with internal and external partners
* Communicate findings clearly to non-research audiences, influencing decisions across the organization

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, research, analytics, social science, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or experience management
* Strong command of research design, analytics, and data interpretation across qualitative and quantitative methods
* Experience with data collection platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and UserTesting
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
* Strong project management and prioritization skills in a cross-functional environment

Bonus Points if You Have

* Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, social science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in market research or audience strategy roles
* Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and syndicated research sources
