History

In 1966, eight people came together with $40 to start the IBM Endicott Employees Federal Credit Union. Through the opening of the new locations and mergers with other credit unions, Visions since grown into a multibillion-dollar financial institution serving over 250,000 members across three states. Headquarters in Endwell, NY. Visions remains dedicated to its founding principle of people helping people.

Details:

Selected interns will be expected to work In-Person at our Saddle Brook, NJ location or our In-Person at our Endwell, NY location 120 hours over the course of the semester, averaging around 12-14 hours per week. If adjustments need to be made to accommodate class schedules or other duties, the intern can work with the manager to make those changes.

Interns will be expected to adhere to Visions' policies and procedures because during the time they are here, they are considered one of our employees. A handbook will be provided at the time of your appointment, if selected.

Internships will be paid and can qualify for academic credit. To determine eligibility for earning credit, students must consult with their academic advisor.

Job Specifics:

People data analytics administrative support to the ERGs completing tasks on behalf of the department, Employee Engagement Committee, and People and Culture Council creating social media content, internal DEIB communication assistance with event coordination.

1.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Excel and Power Point.

2.Effective oral and written communication skills.

3. Respond appropriately and effectively to multiple competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

4. Strong interest in DEIB, social justice, sustainability, social impact

Majors: Business administration, communications, social studies, human resources or other related studies.

Compensation: $17.30 per hour.
