You will be a key player in designing, testing, and implementing solutions that directly support our operational excellence and strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring our technology aligns perfectly with our business goals. **What You'll Do** * Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to meticulously gather, document, and analyze requirements for critical IT systems and applications.
* Transform business needs into precise functional and technical specifications, clear process flows, and comprehensive use cases.
* Partner with technical teams to conceptualize, test, and deploy solutions that are perfectly aligned with business objectives.
* Provide crucial support across the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements and solution design through various testing phases (UAT, performance, integration) to successful deployment.
* Create and maintain essential system documentation, including business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, workflow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
* Conduct thorough gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed system enhancements.
* Work hand-in-hand with quality assurance teams to orchestrate the testing process, including designing robust test cases and validating that delivered solutions meet all requirements.
* Facilitate engaging workshops, productive stakeholder meetings, and insightful requirement review sessions.
* Champion compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and governance policies.
* Serve as a vital liaison, fostering effective communication between business units, IT development teams, and external third-party software and integration vendors. **Must-Have Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role within IT or software development projects.
* Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Demonstrated experience thriving in fast-paced, Agile environments, collaborating closely with product owners and project managers.
* Proven ability to write detailed business, functional, and technical requirements, as well as user stories.
* Proficiency with SQL for effective data querying, analysis, and validation.
* Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and various system interfaces.
* Knowledge of enterprise applications, including web applications or custom-built platforms (on-premise or cloud-based).
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to articulate complex ideas clearly. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience with leading cloud platforms.
* Exposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools.
* Familiarity with project management and development operations tools.
