The Bill of Material Process, Methods and Tools Specialist is part of a Business Owning team responsible for the Stellantis North America Electronic Bill of Material (EBoM) System. This team owns all the EBoM data and works closely with Information Communications Technology (ICT) EBoM developers to fix system issues, launch system upgrades, define and launch system enhancements. As a EBoM Business Owner you are responsible to develop new processes and methods and then translate those processes and methods into system changes by developing process flows, creating business requirements, developing financial benefits for project funding approval, defining use case scenarios, creating screen mockups/proof of concept for user interface, defining project planning and timing, defining test case needs for user acceptable testing (UAT), conducting UAT, creating the training materials, training the users, monitoring and resolving open issues post launch. The Bill of Material Process, Methods and Tools Specialist is a subject matter expert of the Stellantis N.A. Bill of Material system and is responsible to provide technical guidance to the Operational Teams on unique and infrequent complex situations. This position requires a high level of communication and leadership competency.
