Your responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Experience Improvement Intern to support the xProvement function in enhancing the overall experience for our external partners and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, communication, and operational excellence.

As an intern, you will assist in developing and implementing tools, templates, and processes aimed at improving communication, partner satisfaction, and internal collaboration. You will contribute to real-world projects such as audits of customer-facing materials, feedback systems, and internal communications. This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of design, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a candidate who is ideally at the end of their studies or with significant project/internship experience and can bring a mature, solution-oriented approach to this dynamic and evolving role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Communication Support:
    • Assist with content creation and communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
    • Design polished PowerPoint presentations and Word templates that reflect our brand and tone.
  • Experience Documentation:
    • Assist in the identification and evaluation of key external-facing documents across the organization
    • Support the mapping of partner interaction flows and identify communication touchpoints.
  • Data & Feedback Analysis:
    • Organize feedback gathered from partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Support the maintenance and visualization of insights in CRM and SharePoint systems.
  • Support Tool Development:
    • Assist in building templates, trackers, and log.
  • Digital Tools & Platforms:
    • Help maintain and improve CRM data quality (e.g., Monday.com boards).
    • Contribute to SharePoint structuring and content organization for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will have no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Your profile

Required Education & Experience:

  • Enrollment in a Marketing related program of study at an accredited university (Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology).

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Ability to structure and organize complex information clearly
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of or experience with Monday.com or other CRMs
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and its capabilities
  • Prior experience in marketing or related field
  • Interest in customer experience, partner management, or organizational development
  • Prior internship or work experience in a cross-functional or stakeholder-facing role
