Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an AI Governance Lead! About the Role The AI Governance Lead will be responsible for evolving and managing Symetra's framework governing the ethical, transparent, secure, and compliant use of artificial intelligence (AI). This role will ensure AI initiatives align with company values, other internal governance structures, regulatory requirements, and responsible innovation practices. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging technical, ethical, and regulatory perspectives. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range:$113,700 - $189,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
