Qualified candidates will have an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field, A+ Certification, and three (3) years help desk or relevant IT experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid driver's license, satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, background check, and completion of computer skills testing also required.
