JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President - TS9130916

DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to deliver tailored and structured products, solutions, and platforms to the Bank's most sophisticated UHNW clients by identifying and assessing risk profiles, collateral compositions, risk appetites, time horizons, coupon levels and basket compositions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience analyzing and structuring customized solutions for professional wealth management clients across domestic and international markets, focusing on Ultra High Net Worth clients; analyzing financial documents and assessing financial performance across Fund

solution sector, including Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, and Hedge Funds; analyzing complex product demonstrations and legal documents and evaluating potential risks; performing in-depth product analysis and evaluating new product opportunities; managing portfolios through reviews and continuous monitoring using trading, risk management, analytics, and reporting tools; and conducting detailed analysis of strategic equity stakes, debt capital markets instruments, real estate, and infrastructure funds to assess risks, opportunities, and liquidity client suitability. **Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study toward a Bachelor's degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of related experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement.** Salary range: $80,000.00 - $137,500.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
