  • Develop, design, implement, and revise Individual Service Plans (ISP), including defining long and short-term goals.

  • Coordinate with the Support Administrator and student teams to identify program goals, track progress through documentation, and ensure support for post-graduation steps.

  • Provide insight into pre- and post-assessments to help staff determine eligibility and measure program success.

  • Act as the primary backup for classroom instruction and coordinate classroom coverage with the Associate Director as needed.

  • Schedule and host occasional virtual or in-person evening and weekend class options; facilitate specific behavioral supports.

  • Complete all billing accurately and on time, assist with the collection of receivables, and manage home site administration (e.g., ordering supplies, scheduling tours).

  • Ensure all required paperwork (e.g., monthly reports, detailed case notes) is completed and filed promptly according to VGS and regulatory policies.

  • Ensure and advocate for the rights of the individual, respect differences, and document/report Unusual/Major Unusual Incidents (UIR/MUIR) to prioritize participant health and safety.

  • Maintain required DODD and VGS annual trainings (e.g., CPR/First Aid), including a minimum of 15 hours of professional development per year.

  • Attend all required VGS staff meetings, maintain regular attendance, and ensure a professional and positive work atmosphere with all stakeholders.
