Process Engineer - Clinical Build Line

Location: Maple Grove, MN | Full-Time | Onsite

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: Up to $68/hr.

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead our clinical build line, support commercialization activities, and manage process development deliverables, including process validation documentation and characterization. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and coordinate clinical build line activities, ensuring process and equipment goals are met.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure project success.
  • Drive process development, characterization, and validation to support new product commercialization.
  • Generate innovative solutions to achieve department goals and improve processes.
  • Design, execute, and analyze complex tests and experiments; summarize findings and communicate results to technical teams.
  • Manage and document project goals, progress, and recommended revisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and provide training or work direction to operators, technicians, and engineers.
  • Complete and manage Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERAs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and production optimization techniques.
  • Build quality systems compliance into all aspects of work, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.



Qualifications



  • Experience: 5+ years in process development or engineering within manufacturing or biomedical environments
  • Education: BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of electropolishing processes
    • Experience with Keyance and Sensofar measurement technologies


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
