Now Hiring Project Administrator

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.)

Pay: $20.04 - $29.56 per hour

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain accessible dashboards to consolidate Business Unit KPIs, objectives, and major business plan project progress.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis for leadership decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, budgeting/expense tracking, travel authorizations, event planning, headcount tracking, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate Business Unit meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and manage follow-up action items.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Identify potential issues or bottlenecks, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain organized files, presentation materials, spreadsheets, and executive reporting documents.

  • Accurate and timely dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive reports
  • Well-coordinated and documented meetings with clear follow-up
  • Effective event planning and administrative support
  • Proactive identification of risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in administration or project coordination.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (required).
  • Automotive industry experience a plus, especially in planning, engineering, development, quality, inventory, or marketing.
