Job Description

The Concessions Manager oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage service areas, ensuring optimal inventory levels, staff readiness, and exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in event execution, vendor coordination, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The manager will collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality service during games, events, and peak seasons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

    Lead and train concessions staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with local health regulations
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows for inventory management and restocking
  • Collaborate with event teams to support promotional food and beverage offerings. This includes assisting with contacting customers booking suites, sending contracts, suite information and menu for events.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase, vendor communications, and inventory levels
  • Lead pre-event setup and post-event breakdown procedures for concessions areas
  • Assist with gameday food preparation for suites and picnics, among other events
  • Order items for the food and beverage department
  • Manage monthly inventory

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary
  • Experience with POS (point of sales) systems
  • Experience training a team

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Hours

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Must be available to work mornings with some game days starting as early as 6:00am.
