Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p Holiday rotation: one winter, one summer (9a-5:30p) Overtime as needed

Job Summary:

Responsible for conducting inventory audits, research discrepancies and make recommendations to supervisors in order to maintain count accuracy and integrity. Conduct searches for Outdated, Inactive and Obsolete items through various reporting tools and visual inspection in order to maintain Quality controls. Collect daily information for KPI reports and provide metrics to the management team.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.

Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and Quick Reference Guides (QRG).

Assists in the testing/validation of new technologies, from an operational perspective, prior to release into the Production environments. Supports go live planning and implementations as required to ensure smooth transitions.

Search for Outdated, Inactive and Obsolete items through various reporting tools ie. Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems and visual inspection ensuring quality of supplies maintained throughout system.

Communicate findings for guidance and expedited resolution.

Collect daily information for KPI reports and provide metrics to management team.

Participates in annual physical inventories.

Maintains the overall cleanliness, safety, and security of the Distribution Center

Performs such other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.

Position Qualifications Required:

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2-year prior materials management experience required, in a healthcare setting preferred.

Basic knowledge/skills in computer use (data entry, email usage).

Knowledge of inventory and stocking to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Required Education:

HS degree or equivalent

Training / Certification / Licensure:

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification, will be required.

Hourly Rate: $18.88 - $28.29 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
