Saint Therese has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our growing, mission-driven organization. As a non-profit, faith-based premier provider of senior care and services, we currently reach 8,000 lives and are on a path to reach 25,000. If you're a strategic sales leader passionate about empowering teams and driving occupancy growth within senior living, we want to meet you. Position Summary: The Vice President of Sales provides organizational sales and marketing leadership across all Saint Therese communities. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving occupancy targets, coaching on-site teams, and partnering closely with Executive Directors and the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify lead-generation opportunities, oversee CRM platform management, and ensure best-in-class sales practices are executed across communities in MN, MI, and OH.
