Saint Therese has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our growing, mission-driven organization. As a non-profit, faith-based premier provider of senior care and services, we currently reach 8,000 lives and are on a path to reach 25,000. Position Summary:

The Vice President of Sales provides organizational sales and marketing leadership across all Saint Therese communities. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving occupancy targets, coaching on-site teams, and partnering closely with Executive Directors and the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify lead-generation opportunities, oversee CRM platform management, and ensure best-in-class sales practices are executed across communities in MN, MI, and OH.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic oversight and leadership to community sales teams.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Partner with Executive Directors and on-site sales teams to identify lead-generation opportunities.
  • Deliver sales training, coaching, and performance development for sales teams.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platform usage (Aline experience preferred).
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and marketing team members.


Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of successful sales experience, including senior living, skilled nursing, or age-restricted housing is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field


    • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.


  • Demonstrated success developing strategic sales plans and meeting/exceeding occupancy targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively with all levels of the organization.

Salary range: $120,000 - $135,000/annually based on experience
