Title: Re-Entry Support Specialist / Correctional Clinical Assistant Location: Dimondale, MI 48821 Duration: 6 Months. Pay rate: $16.50/Hr. on W2. Job Description: It will be based on the contracted rates. This will be a Monday-Friday day shift position. There is a no scheduled end date. Position has been unable to be filled as a Civil Service position, so they are seeking to fill as contractual right now. Position is responsible for communicating with vendors and agencies in the community to secure post release services for inmates in the MAT program (Medically Assisted Treatment). Position is inside the prison health care clinic with prisoner contact. Preferred skills: Microsoft office, organization, work independently, decision making. Highest pay rate preferred to retain candidate.
