In office, 9AM - 5:30PM Monday - Friday
Office Location: 290 E Main St, Canton, GA 30114
Compensation is a combination of hourly rate + commission
SUMMARY
The Group Retiree Account Administrator II is responsible for generating, developing and maintaining client relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support and customer service to assigned clients.
Cultivates and maintains vendor and client relationships.
Generates new accounts and follows up on leads.
Acts as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Resolves client complaints, concerns or issues.
Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Monitors accounts for compliance with the operating budget.
Establishes and tracks sales targets for assigned accounts.
Communicates goals and issues to marketing teams.
Develops innovative growth strategies.
Assists the Group Retiree Account Manager in the support and management of accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two (2) or more years Prior business administration experience
Prior account, marketing and/or sales experience
SKILLS
Exceptional knowledge of computers and word processing software
Adept at both written and verbal communication
Skilled in problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
Great time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to communicate intricate concepts with ease
