KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define product OPNs, fuse maps, and speed binning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for AVFS analysis and distribution modeling.
  • Lead silicon debug and ATE characterization for new products.
  • Optimize test flows for yield, test time, and performance targets.
  • Analyze characterization data to improve yield and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Foundry and test teams to resolve yield issues.
  • Partner with design, platform, and manufacturing teams to ensure product readiness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in product development, silicon debug, or test engineering.
  • Semiconductor test methodologies (ATE, SLT).
  • Data analysis and scripting (Python, Perl).
  • Understanding of AVFS and power-performance correlation.
  • Experience with advanced CPU/GPU architectures.
  • Familiarity with power/performance modeling and distribution analysis.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and technical leadership.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
