What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
• Verify identification and credentials for individuals entering the premises as required by site-specific policies.
• Assist with visitor registration and provide information or directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate security-related concerns and observations to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
• Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with general needs at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR or first aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
