KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to own and continuously evolve the visionary strategy of KPMGs Global Emerging Technology products, ensuring alignment with KPMGs long-term goals and needs; design and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that introduces innovative AI capabilities, influencing the trajectory of technology solutions across KPMG
  • Accountable from the integration of other AI platforms (such as Clara, Digital Gateway) and solutions (such as Copilot Studio, AgentSpace) with Workbench
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Emerging Technology Products across KPMGs global network; strategic leader in change and adoption initiatives, ensuring member firms and global functions are equipped to use and benefit from the products
  • Work closely with Internal and Third-Party service providers, ensuring alignment towards strategic goals
  • Accountable and owns the strategic investment budget for the Emerging Technology product developments and roadmaps
  • Maintains the relationship and collaborates across G9 member firm senior leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and AI leads) and Global Function senior leaders (CTOs and AI leads) to ensure alignment with strategic goals and product roadmap
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 20 years of recent experience in senior roles involving complex decision-making, with a proven track record of adaptability, consistent performance during change and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Strong experience as a product owner or product manager in a global technology environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical leaders and teams
  • Strong experience in translating business needs into actionable strategies, with experience in managing enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, motivate cross-functional groups and manage through uncertainty while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
