POSITION SUMMARY
The Utility Person is responsible for all facility cleaning and sanitizing, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* All housekeeping of the facility
- Clean and sanitize lunchroom
- Clean and sanitize offices
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Able to work independently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Interface well with others
