In your role as Global Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the development and implementation of B2B-focused product launch and demand generation campaigns for Shure's portfolio of collaboration solutions. This role will coordinate across various teams and departments to support initiatives targeting IT decision makers and users worldwide, including IT staff, consultants, and systems integrators responsible for specifying, purchasing, deployment, and management of video conferencing systems primarily for corporate meeting environments.

This role is hybrid and based in our Niles, IL location.



Responsibilities

    Coordinate closely with the Solution Marketing Lead to support the launch and go-to-market of new products and portfolio additions, including development of marketing messaging and content in alignment with product management, technology partnership teams, regional sales, and customer success teams.
  • Leveraging guidance from marketing leads and input from product management, assist in refining new product value propositions, translating planned product features into relevant user benefits.
  • Coordinate with Global Product Development and Product Management Teams to manage timing and process for product sample procurement and logistics, specifications, and other product-dependent deliverables
  • Align with Conferencing Technology Partner Marketing Team to align new product launch efforts and co-marketing campaigns with broader, ongoing initiatives to ensure streamlined global and regional implementation where required.
  • Assist in the tracking of project budget allocations for multiple efforts and coordinate various administrative tasks related to vendor interactions and documentation processes.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to further develop in-depth product and customer knowledge, including trainings, industry event opportunities, regional team interactions/feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in an international B2B environment. Experience with technology products or services is a plus. Experience with technology products or services is a plus.
  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to participate in constructive discussions among a wide range of cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for correct grammar and an ear for good copy.
  • Strong visual sense with the ability to evaluate photography and graphic layouts for both style and impact.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to efficiently work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while being detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and complex matrix structures.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, campaign management, and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cooperative efforts and facilitate constructive discussion among a wide range of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience working virtually with remote teams.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $54,700 to $87,600 with a mid-point target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
