Our Company The Integrated Go-to-Market (IGTM) team works to advise Adobe's senior leadership on strategies for improved market success and customer impact across all lines of business and geographies in which we operate. As a Senior IGTM Strategist, you will take part in inspecting all aspects of our GTM approach. You will be part of a high-performing team that develops insights and recommendations through data analysis, interlocking with the field and product organizations, market research, design thinking, employee interviews, and other techniques. A key component of the role will be partnering with sales teams to understand areas of improvement for the go-to-market strategy and its execution. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to create systems, processes, and programs that improve sales performance through go-to-market effectiveness and reduce friction for our customers and internal teams. You will have frequent opportunities to structure recommendations, serve as a partner to senior decision makers in product and sales, and drive recommendations through to their conclusions. You will contribute to unifying various SAAS and Enterprise GTM models across Adobe and collaborate with people across Adobe, including Sales, Pre-Sales Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Sales Operations. You will also help scale the IGTM team by improving our methodologies and leading engagements and business initiatives. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
