Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Walk-In ENT Clinic

Schedule: Saturdays only, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our walk-in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) clinic on Saturday mornings, with additional coverage of our Allergy Clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident managing acute ENT conditions as well as common allergy related concerns in a fast-paced, same-day care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute ENT and allergy-related concerns on a walk-in basis
• Perform focused physical exams and procedures relevant to ENT and allergy care
• Assess and manage allergic conditions, including rhinitis, sinusitis, and other common presentations
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including prescribing medications when indicated
• Provide patient education, including allergy management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing
• Prior experience in ENT, allergy, urgent care, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with allergy management (e.g., testing interpretation, treatment planning) preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume, walk-in patient setting efficiently
