The Recruiting Coordinator will support recruitment for all BGS Business Units, including but not limited to, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, event and outreach coordination, and support of various recruitment projects. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Coordinator to finalize job descriptions and open new requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS.)
  • Post openings to various internet job boards, state job agencies, schools, and community organizations, etc.
  • Foster a positive experience for internal and external customers, with a strong focus on candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to drive efficiencies and performance.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in completing phone screens for selected candidates.
  • Schedule in-person interviews on behalf of the Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring manager(s.)
  • Support recruitment projects and proactively present ideas for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including but not limited to managing calendars, organizing documents, and collecting documentation from hiring managers.
  • Coordinate candidate travel, as necessary.
  • Lead Orientation as backup when necessary.
  • Meets deadlines, track recruitment metrics, run reports, analyze data.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a highly active and faced-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills are important to be effective in this role.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.

Ideally, You Will Bring:

  • Working knowledge of ADP.
  • Working knowledge of EEOC and all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and be comfortable with sensitive information.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to be flexible and manage simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency.
  • HR Professional with a strong drive for continuous learning and personal career development.

Work Arrangement:

  • This position is hybrid and will require time in the Oak Ridge office.
